Adventure Island II Level Select
To start off on any island, press Right, Left, Right, Left, A, B, A + B at the title screen.
Adventure Island II The Hudson Bee
On the first island in the first cave, locate the fifth skull. After passing it, jump up and down to find a secret room where you'll be given the Hudson Bee. When you continue, hold Left and press Start. You'll continue with all your collected items.
